Plants & Flowers In Quran   Botany at the time of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was not advanced enough in any country for scientists to know that plants have both male and female parts. In the Quran in surah 20 it says   Quran 20:53 ...(Allah) sent down rain from the sky and thereby brought forth a variety kinds of plants in pairs We also know that fruit comes from plants that have sexual characteristics even when they come from unfertilised flowers, like bananas. In surah 13 it says the following  Quran 13:3  And He it is Who spread out the earth and placed therein firm hills and flowing streams, and of all fruits He placed therein two spouses (male and female). He covereth the night with the day. Lo! herein verily are portents for people who take thought.   Return To Home
