The Hadith haters quote is from, Musnad Ahmad, Hadith number: 16245, this hadith was narrated by Hisham Ibn Kasim, narrated by Huraiz, narrated by Abdul Rahman Ibn Abu Awf Al Jarashy, and narrated by Mua'wiya who said,
Musnad Ahmad, Hadith number: 16245
"I saw the prophet - pbuh - sucking on the tongue or the lips of Al-Hassan son of Ali, may the prayers of Allah be upon him. For no tongue or lips that the prophet sucked on will be tormented (by hell fire)

حدثنا هاشم بن القاسم حدثنا حريز عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي عوف الجرشي عن معاوية قال رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يمص لسانه أو قال شفته يعنيالحسن بن علي صلوات الله عليه وإنه لن يعذب لسان أو شفتان مصهما رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
This hadith is only found in Musnad Ahmad, therefore it is not considered Authenic and most muslims dont care for it. The most authentic collections are Sahih Al Bukhari and Imam Muslim. Anything other than that is shady. This story is extremly unlikely to have happened. Thus we do not accept it This unathentic hadith is about baby, not a grown man. Ali was a baby and his mother was Fatimah Bint Asad, when she gave birth to her son, according to Al Zamakhshari the mother THEN ALLOWED HIM TO SUCK ON HIS TONGUE till he fell asleep because the baby was crying with his mother and the baby was fond of the Prophet Muhammed. There are thousands of a false hadiths which came hundreads of years after the Prophet Muhammed from even enemies of Islam. The narration chain looks dubious
